Purpose
& Goals		 To transition the Foundation from reactive, ad-hoc charity to a structured, proactive ecosystem. The goal is to move beyond temporary relief ("Care") toward building sustainable, long-term self-sufficiency within our partner homes ("Community").
Target
Beneficiaries		 Primary focus on underprivileged children and elderly residents from welfare homes within our townships, expanding to vulnerable urban communities in the Klang Valley and regional areas of operation.
Expected Outcome Sustainable Empowerment: Beneficiaries transition from passive recipients of aid to active participants in community growth. Success is defined by measurable improvements in literacy, digital inclusion, and emotional well-being, creating a self-sustaining cycle of support.
Measurement tool Return on Impact (ROI) Metrics: Utilizing data-driven tracking, pre- and post-programme assessments, and annual social impact audits to verify long-term efficacy and financial transparency.
